3–5 hours, including preparation, guided safety briefings, each activity, and a closing circle for integration.

We come to your chosen venue or outdoor space, bringing all equipment needed for the activities.

Our policy covers all activities we deliver, including but not limited to: sound healing and therapy, singing bowl meditation massage, breathwork, meditation, yoga therapy, somatic movement, shamanic practices, empowerment activities (firewalking, arrow breaking, glasswalking, bar bending, block breaking), crystal healing, energy work, inner child and ancestral healing, ecstatic and chakra dance, floatation and water healing, and reflexology.
A full insurance certificate and risk assessment can be provided on request.
