General Terms

These terms apply to all users of our website, retreat attendees, and customers of our online shop.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon posting.

We do not share customer details with third parties.

Booking and Payments
​
Therapies and Services:

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.
-
Full payment must be made in advance or on the day of treatment.
-
Bookings for soundbaths must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Retreats:
-
A £100 deposit is required to confirm a retreat booking.
-
Full payment must be received at least 45 days before the retreat start date.
-
If full payment is not received 45 days before the retreat, your booking may be cancelled without a refund of the deposit.
Memberships:

Membership fees must be paid in full or on a monthly basis, as agreed.
Online Orders:
-
A contract is formed upon dispatch of goods and receipt of an invoice.
-
Payment must be received before goods are shipped.
Cancellations and Refunds

Therapies and Services:

Late arrivals will result in a shortened session to accommodate the next client.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded.
Retreats:

Cancellations 120+ days before the retreat: deposit retained, balance refunded.

Cancellations 30-120 days before the retreat: deposit retained, partial refund considered.
-
Cancellations less than 30 days before the retreat: no refund provided.
Online Orders:

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery to return goods in original condition at your expense.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

If goods are faulty or damaged upon receipt, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

Client Health and Safety

Clients must complete a health form before receiving therapy.

If you have medical conditions that may affect your ability to receive treatment, consult your doctor before booking.

We do not diagnose or offer medical advice.

Retreat participants must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or dietary needs before booking.

Ty Enfys Shamanic Activations Ltd is not responsible for injuries sustained during retreats, therapies, or activities.

Travel and Insurance (Retreats Only)

All travel arrangements are at your own cost and responsibility.

We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers retreat activities, unexpected cancellations, and medical needs.
Liability

We accept responsibility for providing services as described but are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as transport delays, natural disasters, or staff cancellations.

We are not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during therapies, retreats, or events.

Retreat venues may involve uneven terrain, and we are not responsible for injuries caused by environmental factors.
Alcohol Policy (Retreats Only)

The consumption of alcohol is not permitted at any of our retreats to maintain a wellness-focused environment.
Complaints

If you have a complaint, please inform us as soon as possible so we can address the issue promptly.
Data Protection and Privacy

Personal information is used only for the service requested and is never shared with third parties.

By using our website and services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
