By booking or purchasing through this website, you agree to the terms set out below.

Booking and Payments

Soundbaths
• All soundbath bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Deposits are not accepted.
• Walk-ins are not permitted.

Therapies and One-to-One Sessions
• All therapy and one-to-one bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking or in advance.
• Deposits are not accepted.

Retreats
• Retreat bookings require full payment at the time of booking.
• All retreat payments are non-refundable once paid.
• In exceptional circumstances only, a deposit may be agreed at our discretion.
• Where a deposit is accepted, it is non-refundable and full payment will be required by a date agreed in writing.

Memberships
• Membership fees must be paid in full or via an agreed monthly payment plan.

Online Shop Orders
• All online shop orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
• A contract is formed once payment has been received and goods have been dispatched.
• Prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling

Soundbaths
• Soundbath bookings are non-refundable.
• Soundbath bookings cannot be rescheduled within 72 hours of the event, regardless of reason.
• Same-day cancellation or reschedule requests will not be considered.
• Bookings may be transferred to another person if you notify us in advance.
• Late arrivals and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Therapies and One-to-One Sessions
• Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
• Missed appointments and late cancellations cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Retreats
• Retreat bookings are non-refundable once paid.
• Cancellations for any reason, including illness, personal circumstances, or travel disruption, do not qualify for refunds or transfers.

Online Shop Orders
• Refunds and returns are handled in accordance with UK consumer law.
• Digital products and downloadable content are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
• Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details.

 

We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.
