Soundbaths are shaped not only by sound, but by the space that holds them.


Each venue we work with is selected for its atmosphere, privacy, and suitability for different types of soundbath experiences.

​

Below you’ll find details of our regular soundbath venues, including where they are located and the types of sessions offered at each space.

Golden Grove Retreat Centre, Carmarthen

Aerial Soundbaths at Golden Grove Retreat Centre

​

You’ll be resting in soft aerial hammocks in a calm, low-lit space.


The hammocks gently support the body, allowing muscles to soften and the nervous system to settle.

​

Please wear warm, comfortable clothing and avoid using strong perfumes or essential oils on yourself before attending.

​

Urban Zen, Swansea

Aerial Soundbaths at Urban Zen Yoga Studio

You’ll be resting in soft aerial hammocks in a calm, low-lit studio space.


The hammocks gently support the body, creating a cocooned and contained experience that helps the nervous system settle.

Please wear warm, comfortable clothing and avoid strong perfumes or essential oils on yourself before attending.

  • Parking: Nearest car parks include St David’s, NCP The Quadrant, or Oxford Street multi-storey - Please allow extra time to park on busy days

Langrove pool
Langrove Health & Fitness Club, Swansea

Floating Soundbaths at Langrove Health & Fitness Club

You’ll be floating on stable water beds in a warm, private pool space.

​

The water gently supports the body, allowing sound to move through you via both air and water, creating a deeply immersive and calming experience.

​

Please wear suitable swimwear or water-appropriate clothing and avoid strong perfumes or essential oils on yourself before attending.

​

Floating Soundbaths at UWC Atlantic

You’ll be floating on stable water beds in a calm, well managed pool environment within the historic grounds of St Donat’s Castle.

​

The water supports the body fully, allowing sound to travel through you via both air and water, creating a deeply immersive and settling experience.

​

Please wear suitable swimwear or water-appropriate clothing and avoid strong perfumes or essential oils on yourself before attending.

​

Ground-based Soundbaths at Coed Hills Arts Space

You’ll be resting on the floor in a calm, enclosed barn space, supported by mats, blankets, and cushions.

​

The solid ground and circular space create a strong sense of stability and containment, allowing sound to be felt clearly through the body in a steady, reassuring way.

​

Please wear warm, comfortable clothing and avoid strong perfumes or essential oils on yourself before attending.

Down to Earth Project, Swansea

Ground-based Soundbaths at Down to Earth Project

You’ll be resting on the ground in a calm, natural setting at the Down to Earth Project, either outdoors or under cover depending on the weather.

​

The connection with the land and open space supports a steady, grounding experience, allowing sound to settle through the body in a slow and reassuring way.

​

Please dress in warm layers suitable for being outdoors or under cover, and avoid strong perfumes or essential oils on yourself before attending.

​

  • Address: Down to Earth Project, Little Bryn Gwyn Site, Gower, Swansea, SA3 2JB

  • Time: Selected Thursdays, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

  • Spaces: Limited to 22 people to keep the group grounded and intimate
