Soundbaths are shaped not only by sound, but by the space that holds them.
Each venue we work with is selected for its atmosphere, privacy, and suitability for different types of soundbath experiences.

Below you’ll find details of our regular soundbath venues, including where they are located and the types of sessions offered at each space.
Our Sites and Locations
UWC Atlantic, Llantwit Major
You’ll be floating on stable water beds in a calm, well managed pool environment within the historic grounds of St Donat’s Castle.
​
The water supports the body fully, allowing sound to travel through you via both air and water, creating a deeply immersive and settling experience.

Urban Zen, Swansea
Aerial Soundbaths at Urban Zen Yoga Studio. You’ll be resting in soft aerial hammocks in a calm, low-lit studio space.

The hammocks gently support the body, creating a cocooned and contained experience that helps the nervous system settle.

Coed Hills, Cowbridge
You’ll be resting on the floor in a calm, enclosed barn space, supported by mats, blankets, and cushions.

The solid ground and circular space create a strong sense of stability and containment, allowing sound to be felt clearly through the body in a steady, reassuring way.

St Agnes Church, Port Talbot
Settle down beneath the high ceilings of beautiful St Agnes Church and give yourself two hours where there is nowhere else you need to be.

The church gives us something we particularly love in a soundbath venue: space, stillness and beautiful natural resonance.

Parking: Parking is available at nearby Bethany Square Car Park on Station Road, within easy walking distance of the church.

St Agnes also has a small number of parking spaces immediately outside the building. We kindly ask that these are left available for people with limited mobility or those who need easier access to the church.
Llangathen Village Hall, Carmathen
Settle down in the beautiful Llangathen Village Hall, tucked away in the Carmarthenshire countryside, and give yourself two hours where there is nowhere else you need to be.

Dating back to 1906, this characterful Listed Building provides an intimate and peaceful setting for our ground-based Somatic Soundbaths. Away from the noise and pace of town, it is a lovely place to slow down, get comfortable and simply experience the sound.
