📍 Venue: Coed Hills Arts Space, St Hilary, Cowbridge, CF71 7DP
🕐 Time: Monthly Thursday sessions, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
🪑 Spaces: Limited to 32 participants per session
Free on-site parking is available. The walk from the car park to the space can be dark in winter months, so please take care, bring a torch if helpful, and allow a little extra time to arrive calmly.
🌿 You’ll be resting close to the land in a natural, atmospheric space with subtle ambient sounds from the surroundings.

Down to Earth Project
📍 Venue: Down to Earth Project, Little Bryn Gwyn Site, Gower, Swansea, SA3 2JB
🕐 Time: Selected Thursday sessions, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM (See dates above for availability)
🪑 Spaces: Limited to 18 people to keep the group grounded and intimate
On-site parking is available. Please follow signage and staff guidance when arriving. Paths and access areas can be dark during winter evenings, so steady footwear and mindful walking are advised.
🌿 Sessions will take place in the roundhouse and during the summer the door will be open to allow the land, gongs, and drums to become part of the experience.

Participants are encouraged to adjust their position at any time for comfort, and group sizes are kept manageable.

All sessions are delivered within clear health and safety frameworks and are supported by documented risk assessments, safeguarding processes, and professional oversight appropriate to each venue and activity.
For water based sessions, qualified lifeguards are present, and first aid provision is in place in line with venue and insurance requirements.
Risk assessments are reviewed regularly and adapted to the environment, group size, and session format.
A full insurance certificate and relevant risk assessments can be provided on request.
We are fully insured through FOYHT, with cover provided by Newline Insurance Company:

We are fully qualified and accredited members of the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM).
