In this Drum Birthing Workshop, you'll be guided through the process of creating your own traditional frame drum using natural materials and time-honoured techniques.

A chance to slow down, work with your hands, and bring an instrument into being from raw materials.

Throughout the workshop you'll prepare, lace, tension, and complete your drum, learning about its construction, care, and the role drums have played in communities and ceremonies across cultures for thousands of years.
