Sacred Sweat Lodge & Multi-Sensory Aerial Sound Bath Day Retreat
A full-day retreat limited to 12 participants, combining the ancient practice of the sweat lodge with the restorative power of an aerial soundbath.

During the day we will build the Inipi (sweat lodge) as a living prayer, weaving wisdom from Lakota and Celtic traditions. This is a shared experience rather than a teaching, everyone journeys together as equals around the fire. Once complete, we will enter the lodge to experience its healing heat, transformation, and renewal.
The retreat closes with an Aerial Soundbath – a Multi-Sensory Healing Experience. Suspended in hammocks, participants are immersed in the vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, handpan, and sound wings. Floating in mid-air allows the body to naturally decompress, circulation to improve, and the nervous system to drop into deep relaxation.
