Escape into the Carmarthenshire countryside for two hours of sound, stillness and space to simply switch off.
Our monthly Somatic Soundbaths take place at beautiful Llangathen Village Hall, a characterful Listed Building dating back to 1906, tucked away in the countryside beside Aberglasney Gardens.
This historic little hall gives these soundbaths a very different feel. Away from the noise and pace of town, you can arrive, settle onto your mat and give yourself permission to do very little for the next two hours.
