Step into the experience – What, Where & What to Expect

1

What to expect from an aerial sound bath

An Aerial Sound bath is a deeply restorative sound journey where you are gently suspended in a soft hammock—allowing your body to completely let go as sound and vibration wash over you.

Unlike a traditional sound bath where you lie on a mat, the hammock supports your spine, relieves pressure on joints, and encourages a natural unwinding of tension in both the body and mind.

From the moment you arrive, your senses are gently invited into a new rhythm.

Soft lighting, the scent of sacred oils, the cool curve of fabric holding your body, and the slow, spacious sound of gongs, bowls, and handpan weaving around you.

2

Why is a multi-sensory experience so different?

Each session is curated to engage your entire sensory system:

💨 Scent: We use natural essential oils like sandalwood, rose, frankincense, or blue lotus to support emotional release and grounding.

🎵 Sound: Layered live instruments move through the room—low tones for the body, high tones for the mind, pulses that help your brainwaves slow and settle.

🪶 Touch: The hammock offers gentle, even pressure across the body—calming the nervous system and helping you feel safe and held.

🌌 Space: A carefully held environment that invites you to unplug from the noise of daily life and drop fully into yourself.

3

Why is it different to other sound baths?

🌀 The sense of weightlessness helps quieten the nervous system more quickly

🎧 Sound waves travel through the body with less resistance when suspended

💓 Floating encourages lymphatic flow, vagus nerve stimulation, and deep relaxation

🌿 Paired with subtle scents and plant essences, it becomes a full multisensory experience

Whether you’re seeking deep rest, emotional release, or just a moment to exhale, an aerial soundbath offers a cocoon of calm—cradling you into stillness and balance.

This isn’t just sound—this is sensation.
