Soundbath at Down to Earth Project, Gower, Swansea
At Down to Earth, our soundbaths connect you to something deeper, not just within, but all around.
Held in a wild and peaceful setting beneath the trees, these sessions blend ancient instruments with earth-based ceremony to invite full-body recalibration.
You’ll lie back on sheepskins and mats as the rhythm of the drum, the resonance of the gong, and the scent of sacred smoke guide you into rest, release, and reconnection.
This is sound the way it was meant to be experienced, in rhythm with the land.
Breathe. Listen. Remember.
Let the earth hold you as sound brings you home to yourself.

What Makes this Different
1
What to expect
Each session begins with a shamanic drum meditation—guiding your awareness inward and helping the mind settle. From there, we move into a gong bath using symphonic gongs, Himalayan bowls, handpan, and other live instruments to create a deeply immersive soundscape that supports relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system reset.
The earthen walls of the roundhouse amplify the vibration, creating a natural acoustic resonance that seems to speak directly to the body.
2
A Grounded Experience
There’s something primal about lying close to the earth.
At Down to Earth, we invite you to settle into stillness, not in a hammock or therapy room, but on the land itself.
With sheepskins beneath you, birdsong above, and the soft rhythm of breath all around, your body begins to remember its original tempo. This isn’t just grounding. It’s a return to the body’s native frequency.
Here, sound meets soil. The gongs reverberate through the ground. The drums awaken ancient rhythms. And the earth, silent and steady, holds you as you soften, surrender, and let go.
