Soundbath at Coed Hills, Cowbridge, near Cardiff
Each month at Coed Hills, we return to the land and to ourselves.
Surrounded by ancient trees and open skies, our shamanic soundbaths invite you into stillness, rhythm, and restoration. Through deep drum journeys, resonant gongs, and spacious guided meditation, we create a space for grounded release and subtle realignment.
You’ll lie back, listen deeply, and let the vibration move through you. Nothing forced. Nothing rushed. Just you, the sound, and the silence between.
Step into the stillness of the forest.
Let the rhythm of the drum and the sound of the gong echo through your body and back into the land.

What Makes this Different
1
What to expect
Each session begins with a shamanic drum meditation—guiding your awareness inward and helping the mind settle. From there, we move into a gong bath using symphonic gongs, Himalayan bowls, handpan, and other live instruments to create a deeply immersive soundscape that supports relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system reset.
The earthen walls of the roundhouse amplify the vibration, creating a natural acoustic resonance that seems to speak directly to the body.
