What’s coming up in sound

What to expect

From the moment you arrive, you'll be welcomed into a calm and peaceful space designed to help you leave the outside world behind. There's no experience needed, simply come as you are.

You'll be invited to settle onto a yoga mat, with blankets and cushions available to help you feel comfortable. Whether you choose to lie down or remain seated, the session is all about finding a position where your body can fully relax.

We'll begin with a gentle guided meditation and breathing practice to help quiet the mind and prepare your nervous system for the experience ahead.

As the journey unfolds, you'll be immersed in the rich, layered sounds of symphonic gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, shamanic drum, handpan and other therapeutic instruments. The sounds are not intended to be listened to like music, but experienced as vibrations that encourage deep relaxation and a sense of stillness.

Many people notice their breathing becoming slower, their bodies feeling lighter, and their minds becoming quieter. Some drift into a deeply restful state, while others remain awake throughout. Every experience is different, and there is no right or wrong way to experience a sound bath.

Towards the end of the session, you'll be gently guided back to full awareness, allowing time to reconnect with the room before returning to your day feeling rested, grounded and refreshed.

Sessions last approximately two hours, including time to settle in, the guided meditation, the sound journey itself and a gentle closing.
